Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered against manufacturing faults and defects.

If your tool has an issue caused by a manufacturing fault, we’ll assess it and organise a suitable solution. This may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

What’s Covered

Warranty may cover:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty materials
• Issues caused during production
• Damage that has occurred before or during delivery

What’s Not Covered

Warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Misuse or abuse
• Accidental damage
• Damage caused by incorrect storage or handling
• Cosmetic marks from normal site use
• Modifications made after purchase

Laser Engraved Markings

Our markings are laser engraved for durability and built for everyday use on site.

Like any tool, marks, scratches, and wear can happen over time with regular use, but the product is designed to handle tough working conditions.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos of the product
• Any relevant details about how the issue occurred

Once received, we’ll review the claim and get back to you with the next steps.
