Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be stoked with your Straight Mate gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to sort it out.
Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or need to swap for a different product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging where possible
Return shipping for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Need to swap sizes, colors, or products? No worries.
If the item is unused and in original condition, we can help organize an exchange. Any price difference or additional shipping cost may apply.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, contact us straight away with your order number and a few photos.
We’ll assess it and, if approved, organize a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.
How to Start a Return
Email us with:
- Your order number
- The item you want to return or exchange
- The reason for the return
- Photos, if the item is damaged or faulty
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll let you know the next steps.
Important Notes
Returned items must be received and checked before any refund or exchange is processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our end.
